carboncheck selected as Scottish Enterprises corporate carbon management platform

Scottish Enterprise is Scotland's main economic, enterprise, innovation and investment agency today announced that they had selected Green Oak Solutions carboncheck product as their strategic carbon and sustainability management platform. The product will be used to gather and report upon the environmental performance of the agency's regional offices and business infrastructure sites including energy usage, business travel mileage and waste and recycling performance. As a government organisation Scottish Enterprise are required to participate in the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) Energy Efficiency Scheme which requires organisations to measure, report and reduce their carbon emissions through a cap and trade system. Carboncheck will play a key role in gathering and reporting CRC required information for Scottish Enterprise.
